Your profile score reflects how complete and detailed your profile is. Below 80%, monthly AI for resumes, cover letters, interview prep, and simulations is locked (0/mo). At 80–89% on Free you get 3/mo for each resume, cover letter, and prep feature, and 2 interview simulations/mo. At 90–94% you get 5/mo for resume/cover/prep and 3 simulations/mo. At 95+% you get 8/mo for resume/cover/prep (simulations stay at 3/mo). The richer your profile, the more you can do, and the better every output becomes.
Only if you opt in. When you enable recruiter discoverability, verified recruiters in our network can see skills, location, and fit signals, but not your name or contact info. If a recruiter wants to connect, you get a request and you choose whether to share your full profile. You can turn this off anytime. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

We believe the best way to help job seekers is to remove the paywall for getting started. Our business includes optional paid plans for candidates who want more volume, and a separate recruiter product for recruiting firms. Free candidates make the whole ecosystem stronger.
We don't invent wins. If it shows up in a resume or letter, it should trace back to something you told us: metrics, scope, outcomes you actually own.
ChatGPT can draft paragraphs, but it doesn't carry your profile forward, score fit against a real posting, watch your pipeline, or nudge you when silence is probably normal vs. when it's time to ping someone. We're trying to be the whole loop. Not a one-off chat.
